The best teeth brushing technique begins with a quality toothbrush. When you’re shopping for a new brush, look for one with soft bristles, so your teeth and gums aren’t damaged. Once you’ve found the perfect brush, you can start brushing those pearly whites 3-4 times a day in 4 easy steps:
It is important to remember to replace your toothbrush every three months, or once the bristles begin to fray, whichever comes first.
Flossing is one of the most important and yet most overlooked aspects of at-home oral care. Your toothbrush can’t reach the space between your teeth, so it is important to floss every day to remove leftover food particles from your teeth. Flossing at least once a day, especially before bed, can do wonders for your dental health.
