Southpoint Quality Dental is a patient-oriented, modern, cosmetic and family dental practice dedicated to providing the highest quality of care and personal service to our patients. Southpoint Quality Dental will offer a complete range of dental services ranging from high quality preventive and periodontical care, prosthodontics, and cosmetic dentistry all in a relaxing, up-beat, never-judgmental setting lead by well trained and personable Dental Hygienist to basic restorative dentistry, in house orthodontics, endodontics, pediatrics, and implants.
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 48-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 48 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
Southpoint Quality Dental accepts the following insurance carriers as an in-network provider of services: Anthem PPO and Anthem Complete, MetLife PDP, United Concordia PPO, Cigna PPO, and Delta Dental Premier. We are happy to work with and file any PPO insurance plan and our highly trained staff will do their best to help you understand your insurance benefits.
Full payment is expected at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
Please remember that your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. It is ultimately the patient’s responsibility to know and understand their dental benefits. We are NOT a party to this contract, in most cases. You are ultimately responsible for your bill, and you will be required to pay for any services not paid by your insurance.
We submit claims as a courtesy to our patients, and will do so promptly after treatment is rendered. Because all insurance policies vary, there may be a portion of your visit that insurance will not cover. Please understand that you will be required to pay for the difference or co-pay the day of your service. We provide an estimate of insurance coverage that is to be considered a guideline until final payment from your insurance company is received. We can make no guarantee that the insurance payment will match the estimate. We are participating providers with several insurance companies, you may check with our front office staff to see if we participate with your insurance. If you have a deductible on your dental policy, you must pay the deductibles on services it applies to, in addition to your portion not paid by insurance. If claims are not paid by the patient’s insurance company by the 61st day after treatment, it will be billed in full to the patient, and payment will be due immediately by the patient/responsible party.
All guarantees are valid provided the patient is seen for routine visits. (Recalls and Exams) every 6 months. Warranty is null and void if regular routine visits are not maintained.
